Reservation & Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit, or a designated amount for an event or clinic is required for all reservations. This must be done within 10 days of making your reservation or your reservation is considered cancelled. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

Electric site camping and/or primitive (non-event) cancellations made at least 28 days prior to your intended arrival remain active and can be applied to a future reservation for up to one (1) year from the original planned arrival date. One time transfer only. If you cannot attend the date you transferred your deposit to, you forfeit your deposit. 

Due to the limited number of cabins, reservations are nontransferable unless your cabin can be rented.  Cancellations need to be made at least 28 days prior to your intended arrival.  If your cabin was rented, your deposit can only be transferred once.  If you cannot attend the date you transferred your deposit to, you forfeit your deposit.

Cancellations for Chix (Hix) in the Sticks, clinics, or any other event that has a limited number of participants are nonrefundable.  Your deposit is not transferable to another participant that has already signed up or to another date.
