Reservation & Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit, or a designated amount for an event or clinic, is required for all reservations. You must pay within 10 business days of making your reservation, or your reservation will be considered canceled. The remaining balance is due at check-in or on the specified due date.

Electric site camping and/or primitive (non-event) cancellations made at least 28 days prior to your intended arrival remain active and can be applied to a future reservation for up to one (1) year from the original planned arrival date. One-time transfer only. If you cannot attend the date you transferred your deposit to, you forfeit your deposit. Electric site rentals/deposits are separate from event deposits. (Unless otherwise specified, i.e., Chix in the Sticks or SMART CHIX). When you cancel 28 days or less before your intended arrival, your deposit is forfeited. 

Cabin rentals/deposits are separate from event deposits, such as Chix in the Sticks, SMART CHIX, All-Around Cowgirl Team Challenge, and Clinics. Cabin cancellations must be made at least 28 days before your intended arrival. Your deposit for the cabin rental can only be transferred once, if the cancellation was made 28 days or more before the event.  If you cannot attend the date you transferred your deposit to, you forfeit your deposit. When you cancel 28 days or less before your intended arrival, your deposit is forfeited. 

Cancellations for Chix in the Sticks, Smart Chix, All-Around Cowgirl Team Challenge, clinics, or any other event that has a limited number of participants are nonrefundable.  Your deposit is not transferable to another participant who has already signed up or to another date.
